5 months, Every Day without fail. Can you find the time over autumn-winter? Follow these few steps each day and challenge your face to maximum skin perfection: 

1. Slip on the bamboo glove and wet it under some warm water in the shower. 

2. Rub the cleansing bar back and forth a few times until well lathered

3. Using the lathered glove run it over the face lightly but vigorously until all areas are exfoliated and alkalised (keep eyes closed to avoid irritation). (About 30 seconds)

4. Rinse thoroughly, including around the eyes. 

5. After the shower, towel dry and apply 5-7 serves of serum, massaging it in using upward circular motions until all the serum is absorbed. (About 30-40 seconds)

Why is this so effective? 

It’s the Alkalising of the facial skin from the cleansing bar which provides a softer more receptive pallet for the serum.
